Remember the joy of painting as a child, when every brushstroke told a story? That spark of curiosity and imagination is still within us – it never disappeared, though in the rush of routines and deadlines it is easy to forget. FLOW brings that spark back into the workplace – reintroducing the human touch, where every voice feels heard and different perspectives are welcome.

About the name FLOW
The name FLOW is deeply rooted in my experience as an artist. When I create fluid art, I often enter the FLOW state described by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi – a mental space where time seems to dissolve and I am fully absorbed in the creative process. It’s just me, the canvas, the colours, and my hands moving instinctively. Thoughts fade. What remains is pure presence, energy, and motion.
This state of FLOW is not just personal – it’s universal. It shows the potential that emerges when we feel safe enough to let go, express ourselves freely, explore openly, and experience the clarity of our own minds.
I named my programme FLOW as a tribute to this experience – and as an invitation for others to step into that same space of connection, creativity, and discovery.
Years before I imagined sharing FLOW with the world, I created an artwork in 2017 that incorporated the word FLOW. At the time, I didn’t realise how significant it would become. Looking back, it feels as though FLOW had always been there – waiting to emerge, both on the canvas and in my work with people. Today, this piece stands as a symbol of the intuitive journey that gave birth to FLOW.
This experience has not only shaped my art, but also my entire approach to team effectiveness – where trust, creative energy, and human connection drive renewal.
