My Journey

For more than 20 years, I worked as an HR generalist across industries – from multinationals to SMEs and start-ups. Guiding organisations and people to grow has always been my purpose.

At the same time, I developed as an exhibiting artist. Creativity became my second language – revealing new ways of seeing, connecting, and working together.

At a pivotal moment, these two worlds fused. That insight inspired FLOW – a program where art and HR intersect to spark fresh perspectives and meaningful change.

Founding Burckhardt HR was my way of bringing these experiences together. I wanted to create a space where people strategy and creative exploration meet – helping organisations scale while staying deeply human.
